If anyone knows Las Vegas well, please give us the names of hotels which do not charge us this ridiculous fees. I will not come back to Palms, and I wish everyone reading this will not stay at the hotel. So, I don't know when their policy was changed. The last time I stayed at Palms, they did not charge me this horrible fee. I live in Australia, and I visit Las Vegas once every year. On the minibar, they only have a sticker showing the price per item stocked in there, if consumed. Where did it say about it in their policy? If they want to charge us, they must write: All items in the minibar cannot be removed, or we will charge you this nominated amount. I called them and they said that because I moved items out of the fridge, and although I did put them back, I did not put them in the right place, so they charged me $25 for them to restock the bar.
When I got home, I received an extra charge on my credit card for $25. I stayed at the Palms Casino Resort for 5 days, from 11 Jan to 16 Jan.
